Shipping & Delivery
Does Silah Clothing deliver to all Kerala districts?
Yes! We deliver to all 14 districts of Kerala including Kochi (Ernakulam), Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kozhikode (Calicut), Malappuram, Thrissur, Kannur, Kollam, Palakkad, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kottayam, Kasaragod, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, and Wayanad. We also ship across India.
How long does delivery take in Kerala?
For Kerala orders, we typically deliver within 3-5 working days. Major cities like Kochi, Trivandrum, and Calicut may receive orders faster within 2-3 days. For other parts of India, delivery takes 5-7 working days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to track your package in real-time. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 75919 18282 for order updates.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is a flat Rs 100 per order across India.
All product prices on our website are inclusive of taxes. No additional taxes are charged at checkout.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout with Cashfree Payments. You can pay securely using UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Is online payment safe on your website?
Absolutely! Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We partner with trusted payment gateways to ensure all transactions are secure.
What if my payment fails but money is deducted?
In rare cases of payment failure, if money is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days. If you don't receive the refund, please contact us with your transaction details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for products received in damaged condition. A clear unboxing video is mandatory, and the damage must be visibly captured during unboxing. Please share the unboxing video within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp for verification. Claims without unboxing video proof are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
We do not offer size-based exchanges. Exchange or return is allowed only for products received damaged, with a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the unboxing video is verified and the damaged-item claim is approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Silah Clothing is your one-stop shop for women's ethnic, western and daily wear. We offer Kurta Sets, Anarkali Suits, Co-ord Sets, Partywear, Western Wear, and comfortable Short Kurtis. Our collections are perfect for Kerala weddings, Onam, Eid, office wear, and everyday use.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size guide for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest going for the larger size. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 75919 18282 for sizing assistance.
Are the product colors accurate in photos?
We strive to display the most accurate colors possible in our product photos. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. The actual product color is very close to what you see on screen.
What fabric quality do you use?
We use premium quality fabrics for all our products. Each product description includes fabric details. Our fabrics are selected for comfort, durability, and suitability for Kerala's climate.
Orders & Account
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. After delivery, return is allowed only for products received damaged with valid unboxing video proof showing the damage during opening.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications (address, size, etc.) are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 75919 18282 as soon as possible with your order details.
