- All prices are listed in INR.
- Product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- No additional taxes are charged at checkout.
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate of Rs 100 per order.

5. Payment Terms
- We currently accept prepaid orders only.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Payments are collected via UPI/manual payment process as communicated on checkout/payment page.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment verification.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order due to availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons.
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship across India.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after dispatch.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
- Returns/replacements are accepted only if the product is received in damaged condition.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- The damage must be visibly shown during unboxing from sealed package opening.
- Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
- Return/damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- We do not offer returns/exchanges for size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
- If approved, refund is processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

9. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with website functionality or security.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
